Ground goat tacos have quickly become a staple in our home. We cook them just like we would ground beef tacos.

Heat oil in a skillet for two minutes over medium/high heat. Cook the onion and garlic until soft.
Add in the meat, allowing it cook evenly until is almost thoroughly cooked, breaking up the meat into small pieces as it cooks.
Add in salsa, green chiles, jalapenos and taco seasoning and mix in well. Allow this to cook for a few minutes so that all of the flavors mix together well.
Allow this mixture to simmer on low for 3 - 5 minutes.
