A quick, easy week night meal.Ingredients2 lb. ground pork1/2 head of cabbage, chopped6 garlic cloves, finely chopped1 small onion, sliced or chopped1 - 2 cups of diced carrots1 tsp. minced ginger2 tbs. coco aminos or soy sauce2 tbs cooking oilsalt & pepper to tasteAsian/Korean Seasoning (red pepper flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, sesame seed, orange peel)InstructionsSauté garlic and onion in oil until softenedAdd in ground meat and cook thoroughly. Add in seasonings, adjusting to your family's preferences.Add in remaining vegetables and cook until they are tender.Add in coco aminos or soy sauce. Allow to simmer on low for 5 - 10 minutes.Serve over jasmine rice, Asian noodles or serve as lettuce wraps.NotesMany different vegetables work well in this dish. We love to use broccoli, peas, green onions, and bok choy from time to time as well.
