One of our family favorites. Make with any protein that your family loves. A quick, easy week night meal.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Sauté garlic and onion in oil until softened
  2. Add in ground meat and cook thoroughly. Add in seasonings, adjusting to your family's preferences.
  3. Add in remaining vegetables and cook until they are tender.
  4. Add in coco aminos or soy sauce. Allow to simmer on low for 5 - 10 minutes.
  5. Serve over jasmine rice, Asian noodles or serve as lettuce wraps.

Notes

Many different vegetables work well in this dish. We love to use broccoli, peas, green onions, and bok choy from time to time as well.
